My appointment was canceled and re-arranged multiple times- one of those without my prior knowledge ( I arrange time off work and drove all the way over here form Brixworth, to be informed that my appointment had been canceled). I only chose Warwick as there was an appointment in September, whereas HHCW ( much closer for me) did not have one until October I then was not seen until November anyway, so that backfired.
Positives- on the day, the clinical support workers were very friendly, they advised me when the consultant was held up and apologised. The consultant was very kind and actually offered a solution to a problem I have had since birth.

2. Good explanation of procedures i.e. good communications.
3. Food ok.
4. Good timely obs.
5. Good diagnosis.
6. Comfortable.
Very efficient.
Everything on time.
Very thorough and friendly.
Appointment time’s management needs improved putting to avoid long, nervous waiting times.
Up to 4 hours waits not acceptable.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Treated as I would wait to be treated.
Time keeping is not good. We always rush to get to our appointment on time but we are always kept waiting along time. This is not good when we are missing school.
